To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypelink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including in Zimbabwe or any African country.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypelink, its directors, developers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Hypelink after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and where applicable, international and regional data protection laws (such as the AU Convention on Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
